The best wedding photos happen when you're not thinking about the camera at all. When you're laughing with your favourite people, squeezing your partner's hand before the ceremony, or completely lost in the joy of the celebration around you. Those are the moments I'm drawn to most.

As a Brisbane wedding photographer, I document modern love stories with a blend of candid storytelling and gentle guidance, creating images that capture both the big moments and everything in between.

Wedding photography that celebrates your story and every moment in between

I believe the best wedding photos happen when you're fully immersed in the moment. When you're laughing with your favourite people, wiping away happy tears during the ceremony, or stealing a quiet moment together before the celebrations begin. Those fleeting moments are often the ones that mean the most, and they're the moments I'm drawn to time and time again.

My approach blends documentary storytelling with gentle guidance, creating imagery that feels natural, elegant and genuinely reflective of your day. I'll step in when needed to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, but so much of the magic comes from simply allowing moments to unfold naturally.

The result is a collection of photographs and films that not only show how your wedding looked, but how it felt to be there.

Brisbane Wedding Photographer

brisbane wedding photography, videography and creative direction.

Hi, I’m Kim. A romantic at heart, sunset chaser and gentle observer of the little moments that make a day truly unforgettable. As a Brisbane wedding photographer, my work has taken me right across Queensland and the far reaches of Australia. From sweeping country properties where the sky stretches on forever, to hidden corners of the city, perfect for an intimate elopement. I’m led by feeling and emotion, always drawn to the moments in between. These fleeting glimpses of love and joy carry a richness that lingers long after the wedding day is over, and I love turning them into something beautifully tangible.

My approach blends documentary-led storytelling with gentle guidance. I’ll step in when needed to create those effortlessly editorial portraits, but so much of the magic comes from simply letting moments unfold naturally. Finding that balance isn’t always easy, but it’s become the signature of my work. Each wedding is approached with fresh eyes and a thoughtful plan. Researching the venue, revisiting engagement photos and imagining the moments before the day even begins. Couples often tell me it’s my warm and friendly nature, paired with a deep attention to detail, that makes them feel instantly at ease.

PS: If your wedding includes the beach, pizza, espresso martinis or grandma tearing up the dance floor… we’re probably going to get along really well.
